This is the last will and testament of me Robert Bonson, of Feetham in the County of York. In the first place I order and direct all my just debts and my funeral expences and Testamentary to be fully paid and satisfied by my Executors hereinafter named. I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal Estate monies and securities for Money whatsoever and whether at Platteville in America or elsewhere unto James Clarkson of Kearton in the said County of York (farmer) and Robert Waller of Platteville in America (lead miner) their heirs executors, Administrators and Afsigns, Upon Trust, to pay to my dear Wife Mahala all the Interests of my real and personal Estate for and during the term of her Natural Life if she shall so long continue my Widow, and at her death upon further trust to pay and divide the whole of my real and personal Estate together with all accumulations thereof unto and equally between and amongst all my Children Sons and Daughters, share and share alike their heirs Executors & Afsigns (the Children of my Daughter Ellen Hemlet to have their mothers share) And that each of my said Trustees shall not be answerable or accountable for the defaults, Deeds or Acts of the other of them, but each for his own Acts, deeds and defaults only and neither of them shall be answerable or accountable for involuntary lofses, but shall be allow'd all reasonable expences incident to or necefsarily attendant upon the execution of the Trusts contained in this my will.
And I do hereby appoint the said James Clarkson and Robert Waller sole executors and Trustees of this my Will, and hereby revoking all former or other Wills at any time hertofore made, I do declare this to be my last Will and Testament.
In Witnefs thereof I have herewith set my hand this Twenty fourth day of October in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and fifty four
