I Oswolde Tatam of Helbecke Loundes within ye poche of Askrigg.
I commend my soule into thands of almightie god my maker.
My body to be buried in my poche Churchyarde of Askrig and all duties to be done accordinge as ye law will require.
I give all my goods and debts wch is owinge vnto me vnto Rowlande Perkin, William Perkin, Jenkyn als John Morland and Lancelot shawe for the vse of Agnes my wyf whom I make feoffees of trust for hir and hir behove.

And whereas Willm Bennet Clerke pson of wensley my maister oweth and is indebted unto me of the dait hereof the sum of vjli xixs for my service to him done, in the curatshipp at the chapellrie of Ridmer within the said p'ish, my will is that my debts be paid therewith prayinge my said Mr to pay the same thankfullie....which I trust he will do, without furthr trouble, consideringe that I have no othr goods for paymt thereof.
