This is the last Will and Testament of me Margaret Cleasby of Reeth in the County of York widow. My eldest son George being amply provided for under his late Uncle's will I give and bequeath to my six younger Children Johnson Cleasby John Richard Cleasby Jane Barker James Cleasby Joseph Brown Cleasby and Alfred Cleasby all my real and personal property whatsoever and wheresoever. Johnson Cleasby and Jane Barker to have each 30 pounds less and John Richard Cleasby 10 pounds less and the rest to share equally like. The same may be subject to the payment of any just debts and funeral and Testamentary expences. James Cleasby and Joseph Brown Cleasby my sons to be Executors for me under this my last will and trestament.
Signed by the Testator as and for her last will and Testament in the presence of us who in their presence and in the presence of each other all being together present at the same time have hereto set our names as witnesses

Proved in the District Registry of Her Majesty's Court of Probate at York on the sixteeth day of May 1868 by the executors therein named. Effects sworn under two hundred pounds. Testator died on the first day of May 1868.
