This is the last Will and Testament of me Anthony Metcalfe of Drovers House on Whitaside in Swaledale in the North Riding of the County of York, farmer. I give and devise and bequeath All that my freehold and copyhold Dwellinghouses Lands Tenements and hereditaments situate at or near to the village of Healaugh in Swaledale aforesaid together with all my Household Furniture ready money securities for money live stock and crop farming Implements and all my goods and chattels and all other my Real and Personal Estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever Unto my two daughters Ann Elizabeth Metcalfe and Mary Metcalfe share and share alike their heris executors administrators and assigns to and for their own use and benefit aboslutely subject only to the Payment of my just debts Funeral and testamentary expenses and the changes of Printing this my Will And I do nominate constitute and appoint my nephew William Spensley of Robson House in Whitaside aforesaid Farmer and my two daughters Ann Elizabeth Metcalfe and Mary Metcalfe both of Drovers House in Whitaside in Swaledale aforesaid to be my Executor and Executrixs of this my Will And hereby revoke all former or other Wills by me at any time heretofore made. I declare this to be my last Will and Testament. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand the fifth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy five.
